Peer Review of Checklist/Rubric
I had the opportunity to peer review David Yargo and Frank DiGiacomo's rubric about incorporating iPads into a physical education classroom. Here is a link to my review.
Checklist/Rubric for 1-to-1 Chromebook Roll-out
I also was tasked with creating a rubric specific to a district technology roll-out. Below you find the rubric that Ryan Faith and myself created. This rubric was designed to assess the implementation of a 1-to-1 chromebook roll-out. Luckily my partner was very savvy when it came to the technical and IT side of things and I was more familiar with the training side of things that we really made a great team.
This assignment required that we think of all the possible ways you could assess a successful implementation. It also stretched our thinking and made us brainstorm things that may have not been anticipated. Reflecting on this assignment has really brought to life the fact that there is more to an implementation than just "using" the device. There are many things to consider and it's important to not overlook these things.
